20 hand stand push ups- up on a box head hit the floor
30 pull ups - two bands
40 kettle ball
50 Sit ups(ab-mat)
60 Burpess
Time was 24:22
Also ran a mile this morning at the gym
row 5oo meters at 1:47
and did 30 back dip =)
Today was and ok day. No much to blog about. I need to put a smile on my face and just relaxe and IT will happen.
