I did Barbara light .......5 rounds for time-with a 3 min rest in between
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 sit ups
20 squats
1 round 1:59
2 round 2:28
3 round 2:44
4 round 2:37
5 round 2:22
and I just saw the WOD of Monday great more arms and squats =)
